Jeff Phaneuf

About Me

Jeff Phaneuf served as a Marine Corps infantry officer, including a deployment to Iraq in the fight against ISIS.  Previously, he served as campaign manager and interim Chief of Staff to Congressman Seth Moulton.  When Afghanistan fell to the Taliban, Jeff led advocacy efforts for No One Left Behind, the nation’s longest-standing nonprofit dedicated to supporting America’s Afghan and Iraqi allies and partners. 

Jeff holds an AB in History & Literature from Harvard, an MPA from Princeton, and an MBA from Stanford.
